OneExch Terms and Conditions — What Every Pakistani Player Needs to Know

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to OneExch — an online gaming and sports betting platform available at oneexch.net. OneExch provides cricket betting, live casino games, slots, card games including Teen Patti and Baccarat, fishing games, and related gaming services to eligible users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, govern all use of the OneExch platform, its website, mobile interface, and any services accessed through it. By ticking the acceptance box during registration — or by continuing to use the OneExch platform after any amendment to these Terms is published — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms in full.

OneExch may be referred to in these Terms as "we", "us", "our" or "the platform". The person registering an account is referred to as "you", "the player" or "the account holder".

2. Eligibility & Registration

To open and use a OneExch account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. OneExch does not knowingly permit minors to register or wager. If we discover at any point that an account holder is under 18, the account will be closed immediately and any balance returned after deducting any winnings generated by bets placed while under age.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, nominee or representative of another person.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gaming services is prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be listed on any international financial sanctions list or otherwise prohibited from entering into financial transactions.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor or close family member of an employee or director of OneExch or any of its affiliated game providers.

During registration, you agree to provide truthful, accurate and complete information. This includes your real name (matching your CNIC), date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. OneExch may at any time request additional verification documents — including a copy of your CNIC, a selfie, or proof of payment method — and failure to provide these within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Responsibilities

Each player may hold one OneExch account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether for bonus acquisition, circumventing a self-exclusion, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited. When duplicate accounts are detected, OneExch will close all but the original account, void any bonuses claimed across the duplicates, and may permanently bar the player from the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your OneExch login credentials. This includes your password, your registered mobile number (used for OTP-based withdrawals), and any two-factor authentication method you have enabled. OneExch strongly recommends using a unique, strong password not used on any other site.

• Do not share your OneExch password with anyone — including friends or family members.
• Do not allow anyone else to access or use your account. All bets placed and transactions made from your account are your responsibility.
• Contact OneExch support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• OneExch will never ask you for your password via live chat, email or phone.

Account holders are responsible for keeping their contact details — email address, mobile number, payment methods — up to date. OneExch is not responsible for failed communications or payment issues arising from outdated account information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All OneExch account balances are held and transacted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Interbank Fund Transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. 4.1 Deposits

• OneExch does not charge fees on deposits. Your wallet provider may apply its own service charges.
• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to their source.
• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 (Easypaisa/JazzCash/NayaPay/SadaPay); Rs 1,000 (IBFT/Card).
• If a deposit does not appear in your OneExch balance within the stated processing time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawals

• OneExch charges zero fees on withdrawals. The full requested amount is dispatched to your wallet or bank account.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for your most recent deposit (same-source rule).
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500.
• Accounts requesting withdrawals above Rs 50,000 per day must have completed CNIC-based identity verification.
• OneExch may request additional identity or source-of-funds verification before processing large withdrawals. This is a regulatory requirement, not a punitive measure.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed before dispatch. Any active wagering requirement on bonus funds must be cleared before withdrawal of those funds.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on OneExch are subject to these general Terms and to any specific rules applicable to the sport, game, or market in question. Specific rules are displayed within each betting or gaming section of the platform.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet slip reference issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• OneExch reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was offered or priced due to a technical error, data feed error, or obvious pricing mistake.
• In sports betting, if an event is abandoned or suspended before completion, settlement rules for that market are applied as described in the specific sport rules section.
• Casino and card game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by the physical card dealing process in live dealer games. Game outcomes cannot be influenced by OneExch or the player outside of the permitted game mechanics.
• Winnings calculated by the platform are final unless a verifiable technical error is identified and reported promptly.

OneExch makes every effort to ensure that betting odds and game content are accurate and available. However, the platform may experience technical downtime, and bets placed during any technical failure may be voided at OneExch's discretion. We are not liable for losses arising from inability to place bets during outages.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

OneExch offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on slot games, and cricket-specific promotional offers. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms — available on the Promotions page — in addition to these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All OneExch bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be bet before a withdrawal can be made. The specific multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms. As a general guide:

• Slots contribute 100% of each stake toward wagering requirements.
• Card games (Teen Patti, Baccarat, Blackjack, Andar Bahar) contribute 10–20%.
• Sports betting contributes based on the specific offer terms — typically 100% for qualifying accumulator bets.
• Fishing games contribute at their stated rate per promotion.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

OneExch does not tolerate bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion across multiple accounts, using low-risk arbitrage betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, depositing and withdrawing repeatedly to exploit reload offers, or any other conduct that — in OneExch's assessment — constitutes exploitation of a promotional offer rather than genuine recreational play. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be restricted from future promotional eligibility.

6.3 Expiry

All OneExch bonuses expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not met within the stated period — typically 30 days from issuance unless otherwise specified. Expired bonuses are removed from the account balance without compensation.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

OneExch is committed to providing a fair and enjoyable environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, bet voiding, balance confiscation and/or permanent ban:

• Use of bots or automated software to place bets, play casino games, or perform any account action.
• Collusion between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage in card games or sports betting markets.
• Match fixing or inside information — placing bets based on knowledge that an event outcome has been manipulated.
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes — disputing legitimate OneExch transactions with your bank or wallet provider.
• Account sharing or selling — allowing another person to operate your OneExch account or transferring account ownership.
• Money laundering — using OneExch as a mechanism to obscure the origin of funds. OneExch complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and reports suspicious activity as required.
• Exploitation of technical errors — continuing to play on a game or market that is clearly mispriced due to a technical fault, with the intent of extracting value from that error.

OneExch monitors betting patterns, session behaviour and payment activity continuously. Players whose behaviour is flagged may be asked to provide additional identification or documentation. Refusal to cooperate with a fair play investigation may be treated as an admission of prohibited conduct.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

OneExch reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion. Circumstances that may trigger account action include — but are not limited to — the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive or criminal activity.
• Detection of duplicate account or bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a valid court order or regulatory directive requiring account action.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, OneExch will communicate the reason to the account holder via the registered email address within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure is due to player misconduct, outstanding balances may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. In all other closure scenarios — including voluntary closure or regulatory-required closure — legitimate account balances will be returned via the player's verified payment method after applicable verification.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting OneExch support at support@oneexch.net. Any pending wagering requirement on bonus funds at the time of closure means the bonus portion of the balance will be forfeited on closure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the OneExch platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, game interfaces, graphics, text, data and software — is the property of OneExch or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, frame, transmit or distribute any content from OneExch without prior written permission. Scraping of data — including betting odds — using automated tools is expressly prohibited. Trademarks and brand names belonging to OneExch or third-party game providers displayed on the platform may not be used without the relevant owner's consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

OneExch provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, error-free service, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure or free from technical errors at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OneExch's aggregate liability to any player — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — is limited to the net deposits made by that player to their OneExch account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

OneExch is not liable for:

• Loss of profit, winnings, or anticipated savings arising from platform unavailability or technical failure.
• Losses resulting from events beyond OneExch's reasonable control — including network outages, payment system downtime, or regulatory action.
• Any action taken by your bank or wallet provider in relation to transactions connected to OneExch.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials or your voluntary sharing of account access with a third party.

11. Privacy & Data

Your personal data is collected, stored and processed in accordance with the OneExch Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on OneExch, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

OneExch collects the minimum data necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions and comply with applicable regulatory requirements. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Game providers integrated into the OneExch platform may receive anonymised or aggregated session data for the purposes of game performance monitoring.

You have the right to request a copy of your personal data, request corrections, or request deletion of your account data — subject to any legal retention obligations. These requests should be directed to support@oneexch.net.

12. Responsible Gaming

OneExch is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining, recreational activity. If it stops being enjoyable or begins to feel compulsive, support is available. Our full responsible gaming tools and guidance are described on the Responsible Gaming page.

The following tools are available to every OneExch account holder and can be activated from the account settings page with immediate effect:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum.
• Session time limits — receive automatic reminders or cutoffs after a set duration.
• Cooling-off period — suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account to all gaming activity for a minimum period of 6 months.

Players who self-exclude are removed from all OneExch marketing communications immediately. OneExch will not send promotional offers to accounts operating under deposit limits below specified thresholds.

13. Amendments to These Terms

OneExch reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When a material change is made, OneExch will provide notice via the email address registered to your account and/or a prominent notice on the platform homepage — at a minimum seven calendar days before the change takes effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by regulatory obligation or urgent operational necessity.

Your continued use of the OneExch platform after an amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the change. You can do so by contacting support@oneexch.net.

The current version of these Terms, including the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page, is always the version that applies. Previous versions are available on request from the OneExch support team.

14. Governing Rules & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from your use of the OneExch platform shall be governed by the rules and regulations applicable to OneExch under its operating licence. In the event of a dispute between you and OneExch, the following process applies:

1. Informal resolution — Contact the OneExch support team at support@oneexch.net with full details of the dispute. The team will attempt to resolve the matter within 5 business days.
2. Escalation — If the matter is not resolved informally, you may escalate to the OneExch management team via the same email address, clearly marked "Dispute Escalation".
3. External resolution — If you remain dissatisfied after exhausting the internal process, you may seek resolution through the applicable dispute resolution mechanism specified by OneExch's licensing authority.

You agree that any formal legal proceedings arising from your use of OneExch shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts specified under OneExch's licensing terms, and that you waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

The entire agreement between you and OneExch with respect to your use of the platform is constituted by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy and any specific promotion or game rules that apply to your activity. No prior representations, negotiations or agreements outside of these documents form part of the contract between us.
