Account detail changes — including mobile number updates and email changes — require identity verification to prevent unauthorised modifications. Log in to your OneExch account, go to Account Settings, and submit a change request. The support team will contact you via your current verified contact details to confirm the update. Processing takes between one and four hours. For urgent changes, email support@oneexch.net with the subject "Account Details Update" and your CNIC number for faster verification.

Yes. You can request permanent account closure at any time by emailing support@oneexch.net. Before closure, ensure your balance is fully withdrawn — balances in closed accounts are retained and can be claimed within 90 days of closure by contacting support with identity verification. If your reason for closure is a gambling concern, consider self-exclusion rather than full closure — it provides the same protection but allows balance withdrawal to continue, and is specifically designed to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.

Click "Forgot Password?" on the Login page. Enter your registered email address or Pakistani mobile number. A password reset link or OTP is sent within 2 minutes. Follow the link, create a new password, and log in immediately. The reset link expires after 30 minutes — if it expires, repeat the process. If you no longer have access to your registered email or mobile number, contact support@oneexch.net with your CNIC details for a manual identity-verified reset.

OneExch locks accounts temporarily after a set number of consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure. The lockout lifts automatically after 30 minutes. If you need immediate access, email support@oneexch.net with the subject "Account Locked" — the team can manually unlock it after verifying your identity, typically within 15 minutes during working hours and within one hour at night.

OTP delivery relies on your carrier's SMS service. First, confirm you have a working mobile signal or data connection. Wait 60 seconds before requesting a resend, as OTPs occasionally take slightly longer on Zong or Ufone networks. If the OTP still does not arrive after two resend attempts, switch to the username/password login method as an alternative. If the issue continues, email support@oneexch.net — the team can manually verify your session if needed.

Yes. Check the "Remember me on this device" box at login and your session remains active between browser visits on that device. For security, sessions still expire after a prolonged period of complete inactivity. We recommend using this option only on a personal device that nobody else uses — not on a shared family phone or a public device. If you share a phone with household members, always log out manually after each session.

Log in, go to the Cashier section, and select Deposit. OneExch accepts Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers and Visa/Mastercard. For mobile wallets, enter the amount, confirm your Easypaisa or JazzCash number, and approve the payment in your wallet app — funds are credited to your OneExch balance within seconds. There is no single maximum deposit limit by default, though mobile wallet daily limits (set by Easypaisa and JazzCash, not by OneExch) may apply. If you need to deposit an amount that exceeds your wallet's daily limit, contact support to arrange a bank transfer instead — IBFT has no OneExch-imposed upper limit.

OneExch does not charge any deposit fees from its side. Your full deposit amount is credited to your account balance. Note that some bank networks or card issuers may apply their own transaction fees — these are set by your bank, not by OneExch, and are outside our control. Easypaisa and JazzCash wallet-to-wallet transfers to OneExch's designated payment number are typically fee-free, but check your wallet app's current rate for outgoing transfers if in doubt.

For mobile wallets, deposits are usually instant — if yours has not arrived after 5 minutes, first check that the payment confirmation screen in your Easypaisa or JazzCash app shows the transaction as "Successful" (not pending or failed). If confirmed successful on your wallet but not showing on OneExch, email support@oneexch.net with your transaction ID, amount, time, and sending number. For IBFT, allow up to 60 minutes before raising a query — if you have the bank transfer reference number, include it in your support email for fastest resolution.

Log in, go to Cashier, and select Withdraw. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw in PKR, select Easypaisa or JazzCash as the destination, confirm your registered wallet number, and submit. An OTP is sent to your mobile number to confirm the transaction. Once confirmed, funds are typically in your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet within 5 minutes. Withdrawals are only processed to the mobile number registered on your OneExch account — you cannot withdraw to a different number without going through the account update process first.

The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 for Easypaisa and JazzCash. For IBFT bank transfers, the minimum is Rs 1,000. There is no OneExch-imposed maximum withdrawal limit for standard accounts, but your wallet or bank may have daily receiving limits. If you need to withdraw a large amount that exceeds your wallet's receiving limit, contact support to arrange it via IBFT or a card refund instead. The most common reasons for a delayed withdrawal are: (1) an unverified account — if your identity or mobile number has not been verified, withdrawals above the basic threshold are held pending document review; (2) an active wagering requirement on a bonus — if you claimed a promotion with a wagering requirement that has not yet been met, the bonus-derived balance cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is cleared; (3) bank or wallet maintenance — Easypaisa and JazzCash occasionally have brief maintenance windows, particularly late at night. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 30 minutes with none of the above applying, email support@oneexch.net with your withdrawal reference ID.

OneExch does not charge any withdrawal fees for standard Easypaisa and JazzCash transactions. IBFT withdrawals are also fee-free from the OneExch side, though your bank may charge a standard IBFT receiving fee — typically Rs 0–25 depending on your bank. No markup or processing charge is deducted from your withdrawal amount by OneExch.

OneExch offers partial and full cash-out on eligible markets. When available, a "Cash Out" button appears on your active bets list during a live match. The cash-out value reflects the current probability of your bet winning — if Pakistan is dominating, your cash-out value on a Pakistan win bet will be higher than the amount you staked. Cash-out is not always available on every market or at every moment of play — during very rapid scoring phases or wicket flurries, the market may be temporarily suspended. If cash-out is not visible on your bet, it is not available for that particular market at that moment.

For matches that are officially abandoned without a result, all pre-match bets are void and stakes are returned to your OneExch balance. If a match is interrupted by rain but a result is subsequently determined via DLS method, all match winner bets stand. For session markets, different rules apply depending on whether the session completed — check the specific market rules on the bet slip. In-play bets placed during a session are settled based on the runs actually scored in the completed portion of the session unless the market specifies otherwise.

OneExch offers both cooling-off periods (24 hours up to 6 weeks) and full self-exclusion (6 months up to permanent). Both can be activated from Account Settings under "Responsible Gaming", or by emailing support@oneexch.net with the subject "I need a break". Cooling-off suspends betting and deposits but allows withdrawal of your existing balance. Self-exclusion closes the account to all gaming activity and removes you from all marketing.
